In the northern part there is a mighty mountain by name Himalaya - the abode of perpetual snow-fittingly called the Lord of mountains, animated by Divinity as its soul and internal spirit (or in other words, Divinity Incarnate). Spanning the wide and from the eastern to the western sea, he stands as it were like the measuring rod of earth. It the direction of the King Prithu, the selfsame mountain was used as a calf by allother mountains, while the Mount Meru (kailash) stood as an expert milkier of cows and milchand the mother Earth (as if from a cow) the milk of shinning gems and medicinal herbs of wonderful and supreme efficiency (in order to adorn the Himalayas).

Places to Visit : Lucknow / Kathmandu - Nepalgunj - Manasarovar - Tarboche - Zutulphuk - Dolma Pass - Manasarovar - Hilsa - Nepalgunj - Lucknow
Day 01: Arrival Lucknow either by train or flight directly transfer to Nepalgunj by Car (approx three and half hour drive) or Kathmandu. Nepalgunj by scheduled flight. Overnight stay at Hotel in Nepalgunj..
Day 02: Early morning one hour flight from Nepalgunj to simikot (altitude of 9,800 ft). Day for acclimatization. Overnight at camp.
Day 03: Simikot to Hilsa ( Nepal - Tibet border) by Charter Helicopter. Trek for 30 minutes and board the awaiting jeeps, further drive for 1hrs to reach the town of Taklakot (Altitude of 12,500ft.) Second day for acclimatization. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 04 : Drive to Manasarovar (3hrs). Overnight in Tents/ Guest House.
Day 05 : Full day on holy banks of Manasarover. Yatris will perform Manasarover Parikrama by Jeeps. Dinner and overnight at Guest House / Tents.
Day 06 : After early breakfast, depart to Tarboche (starting point for Kailash Parikrama). Trek to Driraphuk (12 km/ 7-8 hrs). Packed lunch dinner and overnight camp / Guest House.
Day 07 : After early breakfast, start trekking to Zutulphuk via Dolma Pass (highest point of entire journey, 5750m). The distance is 18km with approximate time taken 9-10 hrs. Packed lunch dinner and overnight camp / Guest House.
Day 08 : After early breakfast, trek further for 10 km. (3-4 hrs) to arrive at the ending point of Parikrama where jeep shall be waiting to drive the pilgrims back to Manasarover for last puja and holy bath and then proceed towards Tirthapuri ( approx 2hrs drive) Tirthrpuri is where the legendry spot where the demon Bhasmasure was burnt to ash. It is situated on the right bank of the Satlej River. Then, finally proceed for the overnight stay at Taklakot. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 09 : Proceed to Hilsa by Jeep and then fly back to Nepalgunj & drive back to Lucknow for onward destinations.
